Assembly & Sourcing Services

In support of Woodland Plastics’ thermoset molding capabilities, we also offer assembly, sourcing, and secondary operation services to provide a full, turn-key product to our customers. By partnering with our customers, Woodland can develop custom solutions for internal hardware component sourcing, assembly, and secondary finishing.

Secondary operations performed in-house include deflashing, drilling, grinding, insert or spring insertion, tapping, packaging, pad printing, post baking, riveting, and vision inspection. All assembly services are performed on-site, and are subject to stringent quality standards developed with our customers.
